– Do I have to pay anything to request an exchange or return?

  Yes. Shipping costs for changes and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

– What is the deadline to make an exchange or return?

The term for any return or exchange is 14 days once you have received the product. BiMordiscos reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

– How can I make an exchange or return?

Paste the following shipping address on the package:

BIMORDISCOS S.L. 

Polígono Industrial Campollano, Cuarta Avenida, 78, Nave 5. 02007. Albacete/Spain.

To do this, go to a transport agency and send your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt if you wish.

Keep in mind that, in the case of returns by postal mail, BiMordiscos will not accept shipments postage due or cash on delivery and that shipping or return costs will not be paid.

– Can I change or return any item? 

Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels.

– When will I receive my refund? 

Once the product is received, you will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase. The return time will depend on your bank.
